Refund policy

In the event of implementation of any of the guarantees provided for above, shipping costs shall be reimbursed to the CUSTOMER on the basis of the invoiced rate, and return costs shall be borne by the SELLER or reimbursed to the CUSTOMER upon presentation of supporting documents.

Refunds for PRODUCTS deemed non-compliant or defective shall be made as soon as possible and no later than thirty days after the SELLER has established the non-compliance or hidden defect.

Refunds shall be made by any means and preferably by credit to the CUSTOMER's bank account.
