Every creation from L'Antre du Dragon d'Airain is handcrafted, resin printed, and individually hand-painted in my workshop.
To maintain the highest level of quality and keep production times reasonable, preorders are available only within my production capacity.
When a product is available, you can place your order normally. Once all production slots have been reserved, the product will temporarily become unavailable. You can then join the restock notification list to be informed as soon as new preorder slots become available.

Delivery time for figurines: due to the handmade nature of the product and the number of requests, figurines are automatically placed on a waiting list for production. Processing time is 2 to 3 months maximum. You will be notified by email when your order is complete.
The customer is duly informed of this waiting time at the time of the ORDER.

In order to provide transparent information to the CUSTOMER, the SELLER
provides updated tables of the waiting list
and shipments on its WEBSITE.

About the new US guidelines on “de minimis”
Starting from October 15th, all orders placed by US customers will be handled directly in the United States by the independent artist ArtWithRobots.
Each order will be produced and shipped locally from within the US, ensuring faster delivery and no import duties upon receipt.
Orders from US will be product in US so no fees.
Questions about my order
Everyone receives an email containing the shipping number. With this number, you can track your package via any international package tracking website.
Of course! You can request a refund without giving a reason up to 14 days after placing your order. After this period, you will need a valid reason and proof to obtain a refund (long waiting times or financial problems are no longer valid reasons).
The figurines are quite fragile and unfortunately, delivery drivers are not always very careful... It may happen that the figurine arrives damaged or broken. In this case, I will first need a photo as proof, then you can request either a free replacement or a refund.
Questions about custom requests
I work with two 3D artists, Samuel and Kamil. This allows me to offer you custom designs! To do so, you must first contact my partners, Kamil @hive_mind_3D and Samuel @samucu_art.
They will give you an idea of the price for the 3D model and the production time. Once the model is complete, come back to me and we can agree on a price based on the size and complexity of the model.
You can ask me for figurines other than those shown on the website, but please make sure they were created by Samuel or Kamil, as I do not have the rights to works by other creators.
