Delivery time for figurines: due to the handmade nature of the product and the number of requests, figurines are automatically placed on a waiting list for production. The
waiting time varies depending on the number of requests on the date of the ORDER. This waiting time is currently around 6 months.
The customer is duly informed of this waiting time at the time of the ORDER
and will be notified when the PRODUCT is shipped.
In order to provide transparent information to the CUSTOMER, the SELLER
provides updated tables of the waiting list
and shipments on its WEBSITE.

Since August 25, 2025, La Poste (Colissimo) has suspended all commercial shipments to the United States due to new U.S. customs regulations.
Yes. All orders destined for the United States, even those that have already been paid for, are temporarily on hold. Your figurines are secure and ready to be shipped as soon as possible.
We are awaiting instructions from La Poste. No date has been communicated at this time. We will inform you immediately when shipments resume.
Yes. The United States now applies mandatory customs duties on all commercial packages, regardless of their value. These fees can represent approximately 20% of the order value, with sometimes an additional fixed amount ($80 to $200 depending on customs).
Yes. We can ship via an express carrier (UPS, DHL, FedEx, Chronopost). This allows for immediate delivery, but the shipping cost is higher and customs fees are still mandatory.
Everyone receives an email containing the shipping number. With this number, you can track your package via any international package tracking website.
Of course! You can request a refund without giving a reason up to 14 days after placing your order. After this period, you will need a valid reason and proof to obtain a refund (long waiting times or financial problems are no longer valid reasons).
The figurines are quite fragile and unfortunately, delivery drivers are not always very careful... It may happen that the figurine arrives damaged or broken. In this case, I will first need a photo as proof, then you can request either a free replacement or a refund.
I work with two 3D artists, Samuel and Kamil. This allows me to offer you custom designs! To do so, you must first contact my partners, Kamil @hive_mind_3D and Samuel @samucu_art.
They will give you an idea of the price for the 3D model and the production time. Once the model is complete, come back to me and we can agree on a price based on the size and complexity of the model.
You can ask me for figurines other than those shown on the website, but please make sure they were created by Samuel or Kamil, as I do not have the rights to works by other creators.
