Shipping policy

The PRODUCTS offered are shipped to the following regions:

  • Europe;
  • South America;
  • United States;
  • Canada;
  • Australia
  • China
  • Singapore


The PRODUCTS ordered are delivered according to the option selected by the CUSTOMER when placing their ORDER:


  • to the shipping address provided during the ORDER process for deliveries via Colissimo/Chronopost. The CUSTOMER must ensure that the address provided is accurate and complete. The SELLER shall not be held liable for delivery errors resulting from an incorrect address provided by the CUSTOMER.
  • to the pickup location chosen by the CUSTOMER (for deliveries in France).


Shipments are handled by the French company La Poste Colissimo up to the French border, then by Chronopost. Packages are then handled by the postal service of the destination country.


The rates applied are those of Colissimo/Chronopost and are calculated based on the package’s weight and the delivery zone.
