My Sales System
Every creation from L'Antre du Dragon d'Airain is handmade, cast in resin, and hand-painted one by one in my workshop.
To ensure the highest level of quality and maintain reasonable production lead times, pre-orders are only available within the limits of my production capacity.
When a product is available, you can place your order as usual. Once all production slots are reserved, the product will become temporarily unavailable. You can then sign up for the restock notification list to be notified as soon as new pre-order slots become available.
⏳ Current production lead time: up to 2–3 months maximum.

Figurine Delivery Time: Due to the handcrafted nature of the product and the high volume of orders, figurines are automatically placed on a production waiting list. The processing time is 2 to 3 months maximum. You will be notified by email when your order is ready.
The customer is duly informed of this waiting period at the time of ORDER
and will be notified when the PRODUCT is shipped.
In order to provide transparent information to the CUSTOMER, the SELLER
provides updated tables on its WEBSITE regarding the waiting list
and shipments.
Shipping areas: France / Europe / South America / United States / Canada / Australia
Of course! For European customers, installment payments are processed through PayPal or Klarna.

For my U.S. clients
À compter du 15 octobre, toutes les commandes passées par des clients américains seront traitées directement aux États-Unis par l'artiste indépendant ArtWithRobots.
Chaque commande sera fabriquée et expédiée localement depuis les États-Unis, ce qui garantira une livraison plus rapide et l'absence de droits d'importation à la réception.
Les commandes en provenance des États-Unis seront traitées aux États-Unis ; il n'y aura donc pas de frais.
About My Order
Everyone receives an email containing the tracking number. Using this number, you can track your package on any international package tracking website.
Of course! You can request a refund without having to provide a reason up to 14 days after placing your order. After that, you’ll need to provide a valid reason and supporting documentation to receive a refund (long wait times or financial difficulties are no longer considered valid reasons).
The figurines are quite fragile, and unfortunately, delivery drivers don't always handle them with care… It's possible that a figurine might arrive damaged or broken. In that case, I'll first need a photo as proof, and then you can request either a free replacement or a refund.
About Custom Orders
I work with two 3D artists, Samuel and Kamil. This allows me to offer you custom designs! To get started, please contact my partners, Kamil @hive_mind_3D and Samuel @samucu_art.
They’ll provide you with an estimate of the 3D model’s price and the turnaround time. Once the model is complete, get back to me and we can agree on a price based on the model’s size and complexity.
You can ask me for figurines other than those shown on the website, but please make sure they were created by Samuel or Kamil, as I do not have the rights to other creators' works.
