Syrax – Rhaenyra's Dragon

Syrax, a dragon with yellow scales and green eyes, was the loyal mount of Princess Rhaenyra Targaryen. Named after a Valyrian goddess, Syrax was bonded to Rhaenyra at the age of seven. Although less experienced in combat than other dragons, she was imposing and obedient. Syrax played an important symbolic role, particularly during the confrontation between Rhaenyra and her uncle Daemon at Dragonstone. She laid several eggs during the series, contributing to the Targaryen dragon lineage.
